Exchange and return of defective products or incorrect delivery:
We have a 5-day exchange and refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please enquire first via email at petited2022@gmail.com or CS 1:1 Live Chat, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of defective or mis-delivered products, please attach a photo as proof via email. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Strictly no exchanges and returns if:
- the product or packaging (tag, label, packaging bag) is damaged or missing due to the buyer's mistake or carelessness (eg, furkid bit the product label); or
- there are signs of use and/or contamination despite the defect (if any).
Even if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, returns or refunds are not possible if there are signs of use and/or contamination. There is a difference in colour, material etc. depending on the monitor specification. This is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
Arbitrary return without notice is not possible, so please enquire via email at petited2022@gmail.com or CS 1:1 Live Chat first. If you send the product without permission, exchange/refund will not be processed and will be returned automatically.
If the product is exchanged or refunded due to incorrect delivery or defects, Petite D will bear the shipping cost. However, if the product it is not exchanged for the same product due to defective delivery or incorrect delivery (as the case may be), a separate shipping fee will be charged on the basis of a change of mind.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange and refund on sale items or gift cards. Exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind is also not possible. Please check the size and colour carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at petited2022@gmail.com.
